About the role

We’re looking for an Event and Marketing Coordinator eager to dive into a variety of tasks such as graphic design,plan and execute events, web content management, delivering insights and report for naming just some of the fun and creative work to be done. This is an opportunity to combine curiosity and creativity with hands-on experience in marketing and events. You’ll join a supportive team and should at the same time be the kind of relations oriented person that builds bridges with different stakeholders and takes initiatives. This position is a parental leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit content for web and social media
• Contribute with your graphic design skills 
• Plan and execute events
• Work with cross-functional teams 
• Analyse and report the impact of your work to relevant stakeholders

Your profile

You are a proactive doer with relevant educational background and experience in marketing and event management, ideally with some years experience. You’re confident working across teams and cultures, turning insights into actionable production, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You thrive in collaboration, handle change with ease, and have a strong customer focus. You also bring the ability to influence others without direct authority.

Requirements

• A degree in marketing, events or other relevant background
• Strong interest in branding and culture
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and in Swedish
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• Curious, flexible and eager to learn new things
• Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus and Adobe, Illustrator and Indesign is a must

Start: October

Workload: 100%
Duration:  until august 2026
Location: At the client’s office in Stockholm or Malmö 3-5 days a week
