About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant eager to dive into bringing brand identity to life. This is an opportunity to combine curiosity and creativity with hands-on experience in branding and communications. For this position willingness to grow matter more than knowing it all from the start. You’ll join a supportive team, gain room to develop, and have the chance to make an impact on how the customers brand is seen and experienced.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the roll-out of our new brand identity across different channels
- Create and edit content for intranet, social media, and presentations, with a focus on brand, employer branding and company culture.
- Contribute with your graphic design skills (basic level is enough. A strong understanding for design is a plus).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure quality and consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
- Coordination for branding and employer branding projects and sponsorships.
- Administrative support, assist with planning, keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement branding elements.
Your profile
You are a proactive, strategic thinker with solid experience in marketing and product management, ideally within healthcare or life sciences. You’re confident working across teams and cultures, turning insights into actionable strategies, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You thrive on collaboration, handle change with ease, and have a strong customer focus. You also bring the ability to influence others without direct authority and communicate clearly at all levels.
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in branding, employer branding and culture
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Curious, flexible and eager to learn new things
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and social media
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; experience with video tools or design software such as Canva or Adobe is a plus
Start: October
Workload: 100%
Duration: 6 months
Location: At the client’s office in Gothenburg 3-5 days a week
