Welcome experienced educator or technical writer with strong IT business analysis or digital education skills. In this role, you will  improve how embedded systems and software are taught and documented within Product Data Management (PDM) systems. The goal is to create clear, structured training materials and sessions for engineers working in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop educational materials such as workflows, step-by-step guides, and technical documentation.
• Conduct both classroom-based theory lessons and hands-on training sessions.
• Translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand content.
• Support continuous improvement in how we teach and document PDM processes.
• Help structure a consistent and pedagogical way of working across teams.

Your profile

You enjoy making complex topics easy to understand. Whether your background is in technical writing, education, or business analysis, you bring a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engagingly. 

You are confident working in a fast-paced, agile environment and have experience adapting content to meet the needs of a global audience. Your communication skills are excellent, and you understand how to structure information in a pedagogical and accessible way – whether for classroom training or digital formats. You're also comfortable collaborating across teams and adjusting to shifting priorities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus).
• Available to work on site at least 3 days per week (Wednesdays required), and up to 5 days if needed.
